From childhood on Sabine was interested in health and cooking which led to jobs at film caterings, party services, a bakery, and restaurant kitchens. After her training as a physio therapist she moved to London to head the German Department of an English Health Food company. There she deepened her knowledge about the connection of food and well-being. When she returned to her hometown Berlin after 10 years, she did a stint at a well-known ice cream shop. It was there that she decided that ice cream, if done well, can be the perfect combination of good food, joy and pleasure. She founded Henrys in 2014 with the aim to offer exceptional dairy and vegan ice cream based on outstanding ingredients, and create a neighbourhood place where people can meet and connect. Apart from making ice cream, Sabine loves abusing Henrys' Instagram account with her own photos and enjoys experimenting with unusual tastes and plants which she grows in her garden.
This is the real Henry. Henry enjoys snow, boxes and bags, and generally knows all about leading The Good Life. His main aim in life is to teach humans to be more chilled and relaxed – and get them to feed him a few more Snacks.
